Opening day for Ocean Heights Presbyterian Church
Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey
For the past ten months members of the church have been diligently working to create our new home! Tomorrow, the first Sunday of Advent we will have our last moments of worship in the sanctuary where the church has been worshiping since 1964! We begin worship at 10 AM and about 10:30 we will caravan to our new building located at 2116 Ocean Heights Ave. where we will have our first communion, and a light lunch!
I am so proud of this congregation....they are taking risks....risks and leaps of faith so many other churches are not willing to take.
We've already seen evidence of new life. New members, gifts from friends of the church, and a renewed commitment!
