This is what God has whispered,
sung,
shouted,
spoken through the ages.
Generation to Generation.

"But Lord,
if your light shines
through me,

around me,
my life will become
transparent,
seen,
known."

This is the making of
humility,
vulnerability.

This is the way of
the journey.

Life journey.
Faith journey.

In a broken and fearful world
the Spirit gives us courage...
to unmask idolatries in Church and culture,
to hear the voices of peoples long silenced,
and to work with others
for justice, freedom, and peace.

Light.
Turn on the light.
Get out of the way
and let the light shine through,
in and around.
