This is the main and the only intersection in Monaville, Texas. What is not shown in this photo is the small, dingy grocery store across the road that has been there for quite a number of years. Also, not seen is the Thirsty Parrot....a restaurant and bar country style. Soon, very soon the brand new Monaville General Store will open. My sister and her family are the owners. The store is almost complete. Just this week original photos by Laughing Pastor were hung. It will not be the fanciest store in the country but it will be the best store in Monaville!
I'm proud of my sister and her clan. They have done a great job. I look forward to eating a sandwich and rocking in the big rocker at the Monaville General Store. Y'all are welcome to come. Look it up on the map and make your plans, that is if you don't have anything else to do!
