biracial baby boom

I'm not biracial. My son is. When it came time to fill out his birth certificate there were only two choices anglo or black. This my friends was way back in 1990. We were in a small southern state at that time. The anglo box was checked. My son's birth mother is Greek, his birth father was Afro-American. But there were only two boxes to choose. Anglo or Black.

When the 2010 census comes around will our government figure out how to provide a little box for biracial/multiracial persons? How long will it take for our culture to allow biracial/multiracial persons to move about without stares, and questions.

What are you? That's the question asked.
I am a human.
I am a human with multi-layers, gifts, stories, experiences.
I am a child of God, made in the image of God.
