The Getty Gardens

Getty in the Sky

So "they" told me, "The public transportation is not that good in LA. You can't walk that far." I am here to say, "I did both." I found the bus drivers helpful and delightful and once I figured out which bus to use and where the bus stop was.....it was all a breeze.

From downtown Hollywood I took the #2/UCLA bus and transferred to the red metro bus #761 that stops at the gate of The Getty museum and gardens in Brentwood. The entire building is a symphony in white, however the gardens are an explosion of color and smells. Here's the part one of The Getty tour.
Cactus Island above the skyline.

Fountain of Flowers

Floating Labyrinth

Bee Juice

Madonna and Child

Yes, I'll listen.
