Yesterday one daughter of the church in college wrote a letter to the congregation after hearing Shane Claiborne, author of Irresistible Revolution, speak at the chapel of Duke University. She was inspired by the words and wrote the most powerful letter I've ever read. She wrote her words to her home church....but I promise her letter is to all of Christ's church. I will print exerts here soon.One daughter in 1st grade came up the steps of the chancel at the end of worship just prior to the beginning of the congregational meeting. She had created a colored picture with words. I will not quote her words just yet. I want you to see them for yourself. I used her picture and her words as the benediction.

Miracles do happen.
I just hope the congregation recognized the power God shared through these two daughters!
