There has been a request for the chocolate cashew Thanksgiving pie. I would be more than happy to share all the secrets to this great pie:

2 servings of imagination: the best part of this pie
was that we imagined it.

5 or 6 servings of experimentation: the tasty part of this pie was the journey we took getting the texture and taste just right. The best part of the story....we never had a bad pie. We probably had a few ugly pies....but we ate and enjoyed them all!

22 years of friendship: this is the main ingredient.....long term friendship!
