I watched the rerun of the Mormon special on PBS again. In my humble opinion PBS did a good job telling the history of the Mormons. Yes, they showed some of the warts, mentioned some of the things Mormons wish to be left unsaid. However, they failed to address the bizarre theology of the afterlife for elite Mormons. Males ascending to the status of godhood of their own planet...the original elite planet Kolob....endless celestial sex and spirit babies. Why did PBS remain so hush hush on this aspect of Mormonism?

Mormons on PBS again.
I watched the rerun of the Mormon special on PBS again. In my humble opinion PBS did a good job telling the history of the Mormons.
