how is it?

Last night

I was told

in the context of a review

that

I am

appreciated,

and doing what

I was called to do

well.

How is it?

That this is so.

I came

to my current

situation

at the

lowest

possible

place

I've ever been.

And yet,

I am

appreciated

and doing what
I was called to do

well.

I had

begun to believe

that perhaps

this calling

"stuff"...

this God

"response"...

had run its course...

had dried up.

But at my lowest...

I've discovered

strength

and joy

and hope.

What I've learned...

vulnerability

is a door to

deeper

life

and faith.

Dare to become vulnerable....

to others,

to yourself...

and

in the end

God will lead

you to

living water,

manna filled fields,

land of milk and honey.

I'm not there yet...

but I am on the way.
