Funeral Directing 101

Funeral Directing 101:
I've worked along Funeral Directors long enough
to know some of the basics
of Funeral Directing 101.

For instance, it is helpful
(I would add very necessary)
that a Funeral Director
be familiar with the unique
characteristics of the various
churches he or she serves.

Today I worked with a Funeral Director.
He failed.
F-

When explaining to him how the
Presbyterian Church makes decisions
concerning the leadership of former pastors
and guest preachers
he responded:

"Well I wouldn't be a member
of a church like that."

Yikes.
"You really just said that?"
He did.

Yeah, we probably wouldn't want him anyway. Maybe he prefers a church where the highest givers make all the decisions? Hmmm. That seems fair.

Chanches are he goes to the church with the highest death rate.
